Patterns of adolescent eating behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated problems of ensuring food security for all strata the population many countries world, including Russia. For scientific research these problems, development and implementation effective practical recommendations in international community developed an interdisciplinary concept “food security”. Food is a stable condition processes, mechanisms, infrastructures, relationships influences related to production, storage, transportation, supply, consumption disposal waste. it key studying providing economists, lawyers, specialists management logistics, marketers, social psychologists, nutritionists, as well field other sciences. Its place comprehensive also found by sociology nutrition, which studies systems, first all, its links such various groups waste management. During third stage sociological research, topic was change eating behavior socio-demographic Russian society conditions pandemics, author’s team conducted analysis practices children adolescents pandemic. Methods conducting smart survey in-depth interviews were selected research. Analysis results study allowed us formulate recommendations, can be used educational institutions, families formation culture adolescents, improving specified group.
